"I've never felt that perfect pitch was all that essential so I never considered whether or not it can be developed. I have no real opinion except that I think there are wiser things to spend your time and money on than a program that guarantees perfect pitch... Developing a general sense of pitch can maybe be developed. But there are just people that don't hear the same way."
